The weather was gorgeous this weekend and even the beginning of the week! You know what that means :) Work gets done outside. The southern wall was partially sided (I did not help this time because I was busy making turkey dinner for sixteen!) Even better.........our contractor (I love that word) was busy dangling off of our roof to take the final exasperatingly heavy cast iron stacks that remained on the old portion of the house! We now have all the proper venting on the horrifically high spaces :) Did I mention we raised the house eighteen inches higher than it previously sat ........ We don't do heights...... :(
