This wrinkled, much looked at magazine shot is what I am basing my new living room on.  It is easy to set a direction for any room thanks to the great shelter magazines out there.  House Beautiful is one of my favourites and this picture came from the December/January 2011 edition (page 101 to be exact).  I recommend to any clients that they build up a file folder of fav's.  It is so much easier to pin point the design direction with visuals.  I also LOVE DeGournay  wallpapers!  Not sure if I will paper the whole room yet, but it certainly has inspired my direction.  I can't wait................... I just love when a room comes together :)
