Day 248

Happy New Year!  I love a new beginning :)  How great to start it with a freshly decorated room.  We managed to get some of the architectural detail in before the Christmas rush (you know I am all about the trimmings).  The bookcase went up fairly quickly and it was exactly what this room needed to focus it.  A room with four doorways and a bump out window is a tricky thing to navigate from a design stand point.  But I think we did it justice!

The right side of the doorway will have a smaller bookcase to balance out the opening.  Don't pay any attention to the construction tools and materials in the other room..........I have seen them for so long........I hardly know they are there.  Hardly.......... :(
