Day 86

We are enlightened :) The front foyer finally has some power. (Who knew it looked so bad?) We were able to insulate the remaining walls and are now ready to drywall this space. This is an important step because this is the introduction to the rest of the house! We gutted under the staircase to make room for some fabulous panelling and a triangular topped door for a great storage closet. Closets are big ticket items in real estate, so we will be squeezing in as many as we can :) The light in this hallway has made such a difference to the look and feel of the house................we should have done it sooner!
