Day 257

You would expect that digging a hole would be easy.  Or at least straight forward.  Not so much :(  We were happily digging last week, when we uncovered something crappy.  Literally.  Three buried ancient septic systems (this house has been on town sewers since the early sixties) all FULL.  Of course I immediately asked if this cancelled our real estate contract :)  No, sometimes this happens apparently...  On a positive note, the "honey wagon" was here within the half hour and progress started up again!  It was just like the slogan on his truck.......... they really are number one in the number two business......... God help me, I think I've gone rural.. :(
