Staging. An absolute must in my books if you want a quick sale! I just finished editing this house which will go on the market this week. Selling your house is a business transaction and you definitely want the most money for, to most people, your most valuable asset. By paring down and eliminating unnecessary, and more importantly, personal objects we have achieved a clean and ready look which will appeal to the majority of the home buyers the most effectively :) Even better, we only brought in an orchid and some fresh lemons! We were able to use all of the home owners furniture. A significant savings. Doesn't this house scream "light and airy" or "Buy me".................I can see the sold sign already... :)
