Day 321
This is an exceedingly gloomy Monday :( Lots of rain and absolutely no sunshine. It is the kind of day where you notice everything that is not finished in this renovation. I guess I should be happy that I was asked again about being on the home tour.........(are they blind), but I think it will be one more year before it is absolutely in working order......that adds to the gloom........just a bit... :(
Yeah, there comes that point...*sigh* What you have accomplished is so splendid though - remember to really LOOK (let yourself bask) at the beauty spots that are now just as you want them, while you soldier on with the rest of the seemingly endless finishing. And it's ok to vent and to take a break (just don't take 10 years, as we did, lol, and then have a meltdown over the unfinished doorway we managed to ignore for all that time :D )
