Day 46

Good things come in small packages!  Do you see that little black lump at the end of the north driveway?  The entire roof for the addition, and south facing box window roof is in there!!  Now you know I like an action shot, so here they are.  Photo two shows a marvelous "unpacking of contents" job :)  You can see in photo three we are using a metal roof.  Many reasons.  It has huge staying power and will really finish off the look of the addition.  Because the roof on the original portion of the house is still in shape, we are leaving that for a later date.  It will still come together for a whole cohesive look even with these differences.  It is about the right marrying of materials, and of relating as a whole to each other. Remember people, it doesn't have to match, it has to work together! Which I think here, has been realized (don't you?) :)  Photos four and five show the busyness that makes for a quick install!  Yeah :)  Now tomorrow, I am going to have to go a goodly distance..............but I will get a picture of that roof!
