I love unique gifts!  If any of you know me (and you do) you know I don't love shopping in malls.  I prefer boutique stores, even for groceries.  This gift came from a boutique store in Australia and from Italy before that.  It's a uashmama, pronounced "washmama".  A clever little paper bag that feels like leather and washes up beautifully.  It packs well too.  You can use it for anything :)  I took a photo while it held some baguette over the weekend.  The possibilities are endless so go and have a look for yourself!  The Italian website is http://www.uashmama.com/ .  I couldn't get the English version to work for me but the Australian distributors website is full of info so check it out as well http://www.objettrouve.com.au/catalogue.aspx.  If this were food I would say it was an amuse bouche............ so let's just call it an amuse chateaux.......... :)
