Day 85

The very tricky (and high) staircase ceiling and walls have now been drywalled! Big headache removed :) A platform was constructed to make this possible. (Thank goodness for two staircases). Now it will be removed and the finished staircase can be built! The bathroom at the top of these stairs has had the cement board put in and is ready for tile! A small but important step. The chateau is taking on "finished" aspects here and there throughout. We no longer see stricken faces and sideways glances when people stop by. We no longer hear, "Is this a house?". Faces light up as they "see" where the drywall has made things obvious. We now hear, "Hey this is going to be a nice house!". A little vision...................is a beautiful thing :)
