Rain all weekend :( Cold too. But the pheonix always rises from the ashes! We ended a dismal and unconstructive weekend with a rainbow that I must say was a breathtaking sight :) While our reaction wasn't quite as irreverent as the man in Hawaii (type in "double rainbow" on youtube and you will know what I am talking about) it did put everything in perspective. This pheonix of ours (house, if you will) will rise out of the ashes and be beautiful, no matter how long it takes us. Remember we really don't have a time line for finishing. So no work got done on this never ending project...........we shopped in the rain (and I learned to return things like normal people do) we had a great lunch with a bunch of laughing young ladies who admired a certain and handsome young Australian server.........and we were entertained by an excellent up and coming young guitar afficionado. So at the end of the day our pot was full................ and in the end, a rainbow showed us the way.......... :)
