Day 164

Honestly, is there no end to the lathe and plaster??!  I swear I have taken enough out of this house to build twelve more :(  And yet, we still are not finished.  The good news is that it was a very busy weekend for demolition.  We have started to make the new walls that will close the bathroom off from the old hallway to make it an ensuite :)  The bottom picture shows (lots of lovely light) where the new wall is being built for the master bedroom.  Because of that beautiful light we have decided to do large transom lights over the bedroom doors so we don't miss the sunshine in the hallway.  We will also do double doors leading into the master bedroom.  Who doesn't love sunshine?  I will post again soon........... right now I need to go remove........ lathe and plaster :(
