Sure I live with a little chaos at the moment, but that doesn't mean it can't be pretty! I have literally hundreds of cook books (a small obsession) and no bookcases to house them at the moment :( Does that mean I need to hide them away? No way! I can stack a few of my regular go to's on the counter and create a nice decorative accent at the same time. Fresh mint is a huge sign of Spring for me, so I like to pot a few on the counter. Easy access for recipes and it looks great too :) Even when the shelving for my books gets built................. I still like the look and the handiness of having a few of them within reach. Get some fresh herbs for your own counter.............. it just says Spring! :)
