Day 186

Tile as far as the eye can see :)  Translation; the backsplash has landed!  Most of the rooms on the main floor are now at a point where we can finish them each off, a weekend at a time.  The kitchen now only needs to be painted and have crown moulding put up :)  Oh yeah, a portion of the counter needs to be completed (we haven't figured out which material we will use)......oh yeah again,  we need to finish the island.  No one would know that!  The kitchen is totally functional without the island........thank God!  Arriving at the "finish line" but not quite crossing over is like Christmas eve..............anticipation is a sweet thing :)

Oh yeah, one more time...............remove the three pieces of masking tape from the tiles :(
